You can check the status of your orders by clicking on My purchases (1). During the payment, our system waits for 30 minutes for the chosen payment service provider's confirmation. Until the confirmation is received, the status of your order will be Payment in progress (2). If the confirmation is unsuccessful or the period of 30 minutes is over, the status switches to Waiting for payment. In this case, by clicking on the Payment button (3), you can choose either the same or a different payment method or you can also delete your order by clicking on the Cancel button. You can view the details of your order (for example, your activation code if the payment was successful) by clicking on the link Show details (4).
